What are your billing options?
Our services can be paid for by a variety of sources: private pay, long term care insurance, some community sources, including Medicaid waiver.

What is the cost of your service?
Our rates are hourly and daily,which vary depending if the service requested is for one or two people. Please either call or email to request more information.

How do I pay for services?
We accept assignment of most long term care insurance companies, as well as credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).

I live out of town, but I will be responsible for my mother’s/father’s bill?
That is no problem. We can ensure that all statements will be mailed directly to the third party.

Do I pay the caregiver directly?
No, we request that you do not pay the caregiver directly for wages or tips. This often causes miscommunications and confusion. We ask that you pay us directly and we in turn will pay our employees.
